How To Cook Chicken For Alfredo – for this recipe you will need skinless and fatless chicken breast, I choose organic chilled chicken that has not been frozen. It is important to know that frozen chicken will be drier when cooked than chilled chicken. I often take vacuum-packed chicken meat, it lasts longer in the refrigerator (about 5 days) and this allows me quickly to cook fresh chicken without defrosting. 1.Slice the chicken breast in half, but not lengthwise. Instead, cut it horizontally across the width to create two thinner pieces.
