Garlic Mushroom Pasta is always a super comfort food. You can’t go wrong with pasta, it turns out tasty or very tasty. As a rule, in 30 minutes you can get a fragrant hot and such an enticing dish. Ingredients and Substitutions:
De Cecco Pasta – I prefer longer shapes like fettuccine, but feel free to serve it with any pasta you like.It is important that the pasta is made from durum wheat. It is considered healthier due to its higher fiber content, it has more protein, vitamins and minerals, and accordingly fewer carbohydrates, and its glycemic index is lower than regular pasta.
Oyster mushrooms – I like to use oyster mushrooms for this recipe, but you can use other mushrooms, too. Button or remini mushrooms are great. And if you have porcini mushrooms, feel free to use them.
White wine – When I cook mushrooms or seafood, I often use a small amount of Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc wine. White wine brings out the mushroom flavor. If you don’t have wine, you can substitute it with chicken broth. If you’re making a vegan-friendly dish, you can use vegetable broth.
Garlic – Fresh garlic is a must for this dish and pairs beautifully with the mushrooms and parmesan.
Maille Dijon mustard and Lemon – enhance the taste and make it brighter. They won’t be noticeable separately.
Parmesan cheese – No one pasta can do without parmesan, for a better taste, grate the cheese yourself. Freshly grated cheese is always tastier and more aromatic.

How to cook Garlic and Mushrooms Pasta:
1.Prepare the pasta according to the package directions. The pasta should be slightly raw, al dente.
2.Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and place them in a dry, heated frying pan. Stir gently and allow the moisture to evaporate.Once the excess moisture has evaporated, add butter and finely chopped onion. Fry until golden brown.
3.Add garlic and Dijon mustard and simmer for another 1 minute. Pour in white wine, lemon juice and zest.Pour in the white wine, lemon juice and zest and cook for about 2 minutes over low heat.
4.Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan and chopped parsley, add salt and pepper to taste
5.Add a little pasta water to the sauce, drain the pasta, then stir it into the sauce.
