  • Carefully peel the ginger roots with a teaspoon and or small knife. Cut into medium-sized pieces.
    Peeled ginger cut into cubes in a blender bowl with unpeeled ginger nearby.
  • Place the ginger root in a Masticating juicer and squeeze out the juice.
    Blended ginger pulp in a blender bowl next to whole unpeeled ginger.
  • If you don’t have a juicer, grate the peeled ginger root on a microplane grater and squeeze out the juice using cheesecloth.

  • Pour the juice into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze the ginger juice in an ice cube tray and store it in the freezer for up to 6 months.
