Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates With Honey

Soon the series of the most cozy and homely holidays will come, I am in a hurry to share with you a unique appetizer of dates with goat cheese, which always works. I have not met anyone who would not like this combination of sweet and salty with bitterness of walnuts and honey notes. I like to serve this stuffed dates as an appetizer, so it goes well with almost any type of wine and even children eat these dates with pleasure.

Equipment

  • air fryer or oven
  • honey dipper

Ingredients
  

  • 10 pcs Medjool dates
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 20 pcs walnut halves
  • Honey to drizzle raw clover or acacia honey

Instructions
 

  • Cut the dates in half. Remove the pits from the dates. Place the date halves open side on the cutting board. Press the dates down a little with a knife to make them more stable.
  • Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of goat cheese.
  • Peel the walnuts and carefully split the core into two halves, making sure each half stays intact. Press a walnuts half snugly into the goat cheese in each date.
  • Preheat air fryer 360F(180C).Place the stuffed dates into the air fryer and bake for about 5-7 minutes. Remove dates from the air fryer and allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Drizzle each date with a tiny bit of honey
